Nomination Committee for ReadSoft appointed

The Annual General Meeting 2011 decided that the Chairman of the Board
shall invite minimum four of the largest shareholders as per September
30, 2011, to appoint one representative each and to together with the
Chairman of the Board comprise the Nomination Committee for the Annual
General Meeting 2012.

In accordance with the decision, a Nomination Committee has been
established.
The Nomination Committee consists of Jan Andersson, Lars Appelstål, Hans
Forssman, representative of Skandia Life Insurance Company, Jonas
Fredriksson, representative of E Öhman Jr Fonder AB and Göran E.
Larsson, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ReadSoft.
The Nomination Committee shall submit proposals with respect to the
number of Directors of the Board, the compensation to the Directors, the
election of the Directors, the election of the Chairman, the election of
the Meeting's Chairman and, where applicable, the election of auditors
and the auditors' fees and criteria for the establishment of a new
Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2013.
Shareholders who wish to submit a recommendation to the Nomination
