The Board has today received information that the Vice Chairman of the Board, Derk Stikker, and member of the Board, Bence Katai, has chosen to resign from the Board with effect at the end of the day, today 28 October 2011.
As a consequence, the reduced Board – which now consists of Jens Erik Christensen, Petr Skrla, Jette Jakobsen, and Anton Aksich – will as soon as possible constitute itself with a new Vice Chairman. Jens Erik Christensen will continue as Chairman of the Board.
