This is to notify that on 11 November 2011 the amendments to the by-laws of AB DnB NORD Bankas, company code 112029270, VAT payer's code LT120292716, with its registered office at J. Basanavičiaus g. 26, Vilnius, the data about the company is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”), have been registered at the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania which state that the Bank‘s name is AB DNB Bankas.
Upon the change of the Bank's name, the registered address of the Bank, its legal status, legal entity code and the register where the data about the company is collected and stored as well as VAT payer's code will remain the same. Account numbers will also remain unchanged, all concluded agreements will continue to be in effect. Payment cards will remain valid and all services will be provided in regular manner.
Starting 11 November 2011 banks that are part of Norway's largest financial services group in 19 countries world-wide, including Lithuania, will start operating under one DNB brand name. The new name of the Bank – AB DNB Bankas - reflects that its sole shareholder is Norway’s DNB Bank ASA (DnB NOR Bank ASA before 11 November 2011).
