Direxion Shares enlisted DynamicVideo to create optimized rich media advertisements promoting specific ETF solutions that are triggered in real-time using data from a variety of ongoing live events.
The campaign is currently running on financial industry publishers, including Seeking Alpha, Wall Street On Demand and more, and targets active investors and traders who are in charge of monitoring and managing portfolios. DynamicVideo created a data-driven campaign highlighting Direxion Shares' solutions and centered around specific ETF yield/index values that change daily. The DynamicVideo Engine™ gathers real-time data from a variety of sources and uses it to automatically choose various creative assets, combine them with the live data feed and deliver unique banner ads promoting Direxion solutions.

The campaign includes six different types of dynamic creative ads (dvBanners™), that were designed around three different kinds of ETFs, including one for Goldmine, one for Gas and four for Treasury funds. The content of the ad is determined based on real-time federal meeting schedules and results, announcement schedules, live financial data feeds and other data that are managed by Direxion Shares through a custom dashboard. Relevant messages are triggered based upon the results derived from processing the data feed through a custom decision tree and then automatically delivered within the ad unit on a website.
DynamicVideo's analytic tools provide clients with a significantly enhanced campaign summary report. In addition to basic metrics including impressions, clicks and click-through rate, DynamicVideo reports add full event reports that can help clients measure campaign performance and audience response to different messages.
