WindCharger™

Current goals are under development and underway. The Sauer Energy™ WindCharger™ is the first in a line of many innovative products planned for the future and is scheduled to launch the first quarter of 2012.

Distributorships

Sauer Energy has received 2,000-plus Distributorship Applications through its website. Applications are now in process and Sauer Energy™ is setting up its distributorship network and training program.

• Manufacturing - VEC Technologies, LLC, was chosen because of its consistent state-of-the-art process and use of quality materials that produce dependable parts that the distributors will be able to count on
• Blades - the first resin composite blades have been received from VEC Technologies, LLC, as promised and to specifications
• Generator - final version developed and manufacturing in progress
• Intellectual Property - 3 domestic patents awarded to date and several more filed and pending, both international and domestic
• Strategic Alliances - very promising and to be disclosed in the near future
• Innovations - introduction of new elements of renewable energy include mobile unit for emergency and backup, up-scaling and enhancements to the concept for commercial units projected for release in late 2012
• Goal to move the trading tier off the OTC:BB to a higher level is projected to take place in mid to late 2012
• Expansion of management team to encompass impending sales has begun and will continue with additional top-notch personnel to handle the growing needs of a growing company
