MESA, Ariz., Nov. 17, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --  Allegiant (Nasdaq:ALGT) today inaugurates low-cost, nonstop travel service between Mesa and Las Vegas. The company will bring two Jubilee! Showgirls to help celebrate, as well as host a 'Pack Your Bags' event where one spontaneous traveler and a guest will win a trip to Las Vegas on the inaugural flight, a three-night hotel stay at Flamingo Las Vegas and two tickets to Blue Man Group Las Vegas. Allegiant will also announce an increased frequency for the route. With this increase, the new flights will operate twelve times weekly between Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (IWA) and McCarran International Airport (LAS) beginning Jan 11, 2012.
