A seasoned professional acknowledged for driving effective results, Rice has nearly 25 years of global finance, accounting, and operational experience in privately and publicly held organizations.
Over a nine year career with Dell, Rice held positions as CFO for Dell markets in U.K., EMEA, Australia and latterly in China /Hong Kong. Since permanently relocating to Australia in 2007, he has been CFO for an Australian-based hotel and resort company where he was actively involved in the successful disposal of a significant portfolio of properties.
Rice started his career in the audit and business advisory group at Arthur Andersen in the U.K. He holds a BSc Honors degree in Civil Engineering from University of Surrey in Guilford, U.K. and earned his status as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
