Today, TDC A/S announces in accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. the Danish Executive Order no. 224 of 10 March 2010 on major shareholders that ATP has informed TDC that ATP’s, AES’ and SUPP’s holding of shares in TDC as of 9 December 2011 is below 5 per cent of the voting rights and the share capital of TDC.
