Orrvilon Announces New Partner Program for Development and Production of Advanced Materials Based Products

ORRVILLE, OH--(Marketwire - Dec 19, 2011) - Orrvilon, Inc., a subsidiary of global power generation technologies enterprise, Holtec International, is launching a new contract manufacturing initiative to assist companies looking to explore new markets for advanced materials that may not have the existing facilities, capabilities, or production capacity to do so. As specialists in aluminum, composites, and exotic alloys, Orrvilon has a 300,000 square foot plant in Orrville, OH with a unique blend of processes, people, inventory, and production area.

For instance, the plant houses one of the largest cold presses in North America (60,000 PSI, 23" x 86"). Orrvilon combines tolling, extrusion, rolling, blending, consolidation, machining and other processes at a single site. Soon, it will be adding friction stir welding and water jet cutting as well.
