North American public utility company automates invoice processing through
agreement with ReadSoft worth 320,000 USD

The U.S. based organization has selected ReadSoft’s SAP®-certified invoice
automation solution to streamline its accounts payable operations and enable
greater processing efficiencies across the enterprise. The order is worth
320,000 USD and was signed during the fourth quarter of 2011.

Suffering with decentralized invoice processing across four locations, this
public utility company aimed to simplify its invoice process by eliminating
large paper invoice volumes and poor processing visibility and control. The
organization sought an invoice automation solution with seamless integration
into its SAP Enterprise Resource Planning System, with additional support for
scanning alternate and additional document types.
Recognizing ReadSoft’s strong record of utility references along with its
invoice automation solution’s flexibility and SAP certification, the
organization deemed ReadSoft a reliable fit to meet its processing needs. Proven
benefits of the solution were also apparent through quantifiable returns on
investments from ReadSoft North American customer testimonials and successful
end user experiences. With ReadSoft’s solution seamlessly integrated into the
customer’s SAP system, the company looks forward to a more streamlined invoice
process with greater visibility and control.
“Time and again we witness the toll manual, decentralized invoice processing
takes on organizations’ efficiency levels,” says Per Åkerberg, President and CEO
of ReadSoft. “We look forward to partnering with this organization to provide a
more centralized, streamlined invoice process that enables greater flexibility
and cost control.”
