Becker to its board of directors and audit committee.
Mr. Becker is a certified public accountant in Florida and has been president of the accounting firm Michael C. Becker & Co., CPAs since 1979. From 1976 until August 2007, Mr. Becker served on the Miami-Dade Fire Department and retired as a chief fire officer.
