Cimber Sterling Group has appointed Alex Dyrgaard as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) effective from 20 January 2012. Alex Dyrgaard has been a Director and Board Member in several subsidiary companies of Cimber Sterling since 1996 and has most recently attended to legal affairs in Cimber Sterling A/S. Alex Dyrgaard will be a member of the management in Cimber Sterling and therefore play an important role in the implementation of the strategic change processes due to take place in Cimber Sterling in the time to come, and his special area of responsibility will relate to the fleet.
Cimber Sterling’s management will thereafter consist of the following five members:
- Jan Palmér, President & CEO
- Martins Antonovics, CFO, Executive Vice President
- Jacob Saaby Krogsgaard, CCO, Executive Vice President
- Steen Neuchs, COO, Executive Vice President
- Alex Dyrgaard, CLO, Senior Vice President
