Noodles & Company Adopts MuleSoft iON for SaaS Integration

Noodles & Company will leverage iApp4Hire, an integration application (iApp) offered by MuleSoft and PeopleMatter through a strategic partnership, to integrate PeopleMatter with other cloud-based HR and payroll systems.

Noodles & Company employs over 5,800 individuals, operates 275 restaurants in 22 states and is currently expanding across the United States. The company realized that it needed to upgrade its talent management processes, which depended heavily on disparate legacy systems and manual batch file uploads. Noodles & Company selected PeopleMatter in part because of its strong integration offering built on MuleSoft iON, which enables easy integration with critical HR systems, both cloud-based and on-premise, such as ADP, Ceridian, Workday, Paychex, and UltiPro.

In addition, the automated system eliminates manual errors and exceptions caused by manual batch integration, which formerly affected up to 50% of all records.
