Reference is made to stock exchange notices dated 4 May 2011 and 26 May 2011 regarding the resolution in SpareBank 1 SMN's Supervisory Board on the establishment of Sparebankstiftelsen SpareBank 1 SMN.
In connection with the incorporation Sparebankstiftelsen SpareBank 1 SMN was allocated 25,000 new equity certificates through an increase of the equity share capital of NOK 625,000 from NOK 2,372,632,150 to NOK 2,373,257,150.
A new company certificate was issued 19 July 2011, and the new equity share capital of SpareBank 1 SMN is NOK 2,373,257,150, divided into 94,930,286 equity certificates, each with par value NOK 25.
