DAYTON, Ohio, Feb. 1, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading engineering and technical services company supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community with over 2,000 employees worldwide, announced today several key promotions and the operational consolidation of its wholly-owned subsidiaries. The organizational changes reflect the Company’s significant growth over the past few years, and positions MacB for continued expansion in the future. All promotions and changes took effect on February 1, 2012.
Michael C. Zeiser, current President of MacB Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (MacB-ESI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MacAulay-Brown, Inc., is now Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MacB. Zeiser brings more than 19 years of experience managing dynamic financial and administrative organizations, having served in the past as CFO of Sytex, Inc. and Vice President of Business Operations for Lockheed Martin’s Army-Navy Programs. A licensed CPA, Zeiser graduated from Bloomsburg University with a BS degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Zeiser will report directly to Sid Fuchs, President and CEO of MacB.
To better serve its customers, increase market share and increase operational efficiencies, MacB has consolidated the business operations of its wholly-owned subsidiaries into one business unit. MacB-ESI and Gray Research, Inc. will remain as independent subsidiaries and operate as Gray Enterprise Solutions (GES) under the leadership of Dennis Werth, the current president of Gray Research. GES will significantly expand MacB’s systems integration and IT solutions capabilities and support to a broad base of Army programs. Werth brings over 30 years of leadership experience in both government and private sector organizations to include the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, General Electric Company and ITT Corporation. He earned a BS in metallurgical engineering from Michigan Tech and a MS in engineering management from Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech). Werth will report directly to Sid Fuchs, President and CEO of MacB.
Michael Ritter, previously MacB’s Corporate Information Security Specialist, is now MacB’s Chief Security Officer (CSO). Ritter will be responsible for all Company and program security management and operations. Ritter has almost 20 years of corporate security related experience. Prior to joining MacB in 2011, he held positions including Information System Security Manager (ISSM), Information System Security Officer (ISSO), System Administrator (SA) for Special Projects Classified Systems and Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO). Ritter, a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), received a BS in Physics from Washburn University and is currently pursuing a MS in Engineering Management and Information Assurance. Ritter will report directly to Sid Fuchs, President and CEO of MacB.
