Tele2 AB issue Norwegian Bonds


Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B)
announced that Tele2 AB successfully placed two new unsecured bonds in the
Norwegian bond market.

Tele2 AB, has closed the books and successfully completed the issuance of NOK
1.3 billion in the Norwegian bond market. The amount is split between a 3 year
bond of NOK 300 million priced at NIBOR +1.70 percent and a 5 year bond of NOK
1 billion priced at NIBOR +2.35 percent.

DNB Markets and Swedbank First Securities have acted as Joint Bookrunners for
the transactions.
