Acting Chief Financial Officer at Saab

Görgen Johansson has been appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer for the
defence and security company Saab AB. He will take up the role on 1 March 2012
and will be part of the Group management.

Görgen Johansson will succeed the current Chief Financial Officer, Lars Granlöf,
who is leaving his post as announced in an earlier press release in December
2011. Görgen currently holds the position of Vice President Group Controller and
has a long experience atSaabABin various managerial positions.

In the meantime, the recruitment of a new Chief Financial Officer continues.
Lars Granlöf will be available during a transition period.
