2012 Louisiana Energy Conference to Be Held in New Orleans June 27-28

Conference Will Again Feature All-Panel Format

NEW ORLEANS, March 5, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The 2012 Louisiana Energy Conference will be held in New Orleans on Wednesday and Thursday, June 27 and 28, 2012 at the Windsor Court Hotel at 300 Gravier Street.  The Conference will again feature a series of more than 15 panels during the two-day event that will discuss key domestic and international industry developments and issues. Executives from a variety of leading public and private exploration and production and oil field services companies as well as representatives from energy-related industry trade groups, regulatory agencies, investment banks, institutional research groups, insurance and law firms will participate in the panel discussions.

Confirmed attendees will be offered the opportunity to register for one-on-one meetings with companies participating on the panels. Company executives will also host dinners and tables at meals during the Conference. Over 30 exploration and production companies and oil field service firms are expected to take part in the Conference.

Event host Al Petrie, President of Al Petrie Investor + Media Relations, LLC commented, "We were very pleased with the response to our re-formatted Conference in 2011 that was comprised solely of panel discussions rather than typical company presentations. The addition of private company executives to the panels added a new dimension to the discussion of key industry issues. We are working with our partners in this year's event to develop the topics to be discussed as well as inviting members of company managements to participate on the panels. We are also excited that this year's Conference will take place at the newly-renovated Windsor Court Hotel, which consistently ranks among the best in the U.S."

Attendance at the Conference is directed to investment professionals including buy side and sell side analysts and portfolio managers, as well as private equity and wealth management executives and trust officers. There is no cost for investment professionals to attend the Conference.

The Conference web site www.LouisianaEnergyConference.com will provide full details on the event including the list of participating companies, conference partners and sponsors, and online registration as the Conference draws nearer. The web site also has comments from participants who attended the 2011 event.

The Conference is being hosted by Al Petrie Investor + Media Relations, LLC. For additional information, please call (504) 799-1953 or email info@LouisianaEnergyConference.com.
