The distinguished award casts the global spotlight on Allegro Builders' fabulous three-story custom home in the historic Woodland Heights, a 100-year-old community just outside downtown Houston. Competition judges considered the home's "heavenly zen" interior and its innovative outdoor living spaces, including a rooftop terrace with a knockout skyline view.
