Today, TDC A/S announces in accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. the Danish Executive Order no. 224 of 10 March 2010 on major shareholders that Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. has informed TDC that Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc.’s holding of shares in TDC as of 13 March 2012 is below 5 per cent of the voting rights and the share capital of TDC.
