Metro International's Nomination Committee is dissolved

With  reference to Investment AB Kinnevik's  press release dated 23 March 2012,
outlining  the  new  ownership  of  Metro  International  S.A.,  the  Nomination
Committee decided today to discontinue its role. Kinnevik will assume the duties
of the Nomination Committee, following its successful bid for the Company.
