NEW YORK, March 28, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Israel Berger & Associates (IBA) announced today the relocation of its headquarters to 360 Park Avenue South in New York City.
When asked about the move, Chief Operating Officer Marc Weissbach explained, "The move was designed to accommodate our firm's growth and consolidate our New York operations in order to better serve our clients." Moving to the Park Avenue South location puts IBA's several consulting divisions— Building Envelope, Restoration, Roofing, Waterproofing, LEED Consulting, Commissioning, Energy Modeling, and Inspection services—under one roof in order to enhance their collaborative nature. "The combination of IBA and Viridian in one contiguous space enables us to integrate our shared expertise in building envelope, energy efficiency, and building commissioning, in order to offer a holistic approach to our clients in these building sciences," according to Israel Berger, President of IBA.
