The fourth annual Echo360 Community Conference Asia will be hosted in conjunction with eLearning Forum Asia, and will address the considerations of deploying lecture capture at scale. Dr. Peter Jewesson, Dean, Qatar University School of Pharmacy will keynote the user meeting, sharing insights and best practices for developing a plan for large-scale deployments across a university while encouraging innovative teaching and learning practices.
The Community Conference Europe will focus on how to successfully scale blended learning technologies in order to maximize technological investments and deliver added value for students. The conference will open with University College London, now the UK's largest installation of blended learning technology at over 50 classrooms, and will feature innovative uses of the solution including the flipping the classroom. The conference will also highlight best practices for software-based deployments with a session featuring Georgetown University, currently leveraging Echo360 technology in more than 100 classrooms.
Discussions at the Community Conference Australia/New Zealand will hone in on the best practices associated with large-scale deployments. As the region's average deployment size is 50 classrooms recording in excess of 500 lectures per week, conference sessions will address how institutions can better maintain their installations through customer case studies as well as open exchanges with the Echo360 team. Additional details on the ANZ Community Conference will be available in September.
