A related party to a Primary Insider of Spectrum ASA, David Rowlands, has today sold 3700 shares in Spectrum ASA.
After the transaction David Rowlands directly holds 121,000 ordinary shares. In
addition he holds 40,000 ordinary shares through a wholly owned company, DAI Invest AS and 7,800 through a Related Party.
