The 2012 Platinum award is Perlick's seventh ADEX.
Dedicated to recognizing the best in form, function and aesthetics of appliances, furniture and fixtures marketed to the design trade, ADEX is the largest and most prestigious awards program in the design industry. Thousands of products were entered in this year's competition and each entry was reviewed and awarded points by ADEX judges – an anonymous panel of professionals representing a cross section of the design industry. The products that earned the most points were then awarded either a platinum, gold or silver ADEX.
