As of 1 May 2012, Investor Relations Director Ulrik Andersson commences a newly established position as Business Financial Officer in Tryg’s business area Corporate. Ulrik Andersson will be responsible for the financial management of the business area and report to Group Executive Vice President Truls Holm Olsen. In 2011, Corporate recorded a premium income of DKK 5.3bn.
Lars Møller will take over the position as Investor Relations Director. Lars Møller has worked as Investor Relations Manager in Tryg since 2005. Hence, Lars Møller has a long experience in communicating with the stock marked, and he will maintain Tryg’s work in ensuring an open and continues dialogue with Tryg’s investors and the stock market.
To ensure a smooth period of transition. Ulrik Andersson has agreed to be at the disposal of Investor Relations in a period after 1 May 2012 as well.
