New Brunswick, May 10, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New Brunswick, NJ - May 10, 2012 - The Rutgers Center for Management Development (CMD) today announced the launch of a new iPad app for its Mini-MBA program that was developed by a graduate of a 2011 Digital Marketing course. All students in the program's Entrepreneurship, Search Marketing and Analytics, Mobile Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing courses will be given a free Apple iPad™ with access to the Rutgers CMD Mini MBA app and program materials.

"We are especially proud of the fact that our new iPad app was developed by José Valenzuela, who graduated last fall from one of our Mini-MBA: Digital Marketing courses."
Valenzuela graduated from Rutgers University in 2004 with a BA in Graphic Design and minor in Philosophy. He took the Rutgers Mini-MBA course in Digital Marketing in the fall of 2011.
Valenzuela's previous experience with brands includes Prudential, ARM & HAMMER, OralCare, Weight Watchers Smart Ones, Classico, NJ.com, CIGNA and many others. He has recently started a company, Capitulo3, which focuses on providing custom digital solutions by creating integrated user experiences across mobile, social, desktop and other channels.
Access to the Rutgers CMD Mini MBA app will be given to all students in five unique programs designed for individuals in a variety of specific fields:
· Mini-MBA: Entrepreneurship course
· Mini-MBA: Search Marketing and Analytics course
· Mini-MBA: Mobile Marketing course
· Mini-MBA: Digital Marketing course
· Mini-MBA: Social Media Marketing course
