TUBAC, Ariz., May 11, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Sealed Bid Auction of the Floating Stone Aqua Spa and Wellness Retreat has been extended to Friday, May 18th at 3:00pm, according to Marc Geyer, Regional Director of National Commercial Auctioneers (www.natcomauctions.com).
"We extended the bid deadline and published the minimum bids yesterday to give all of the interested buyers an opportunity to step up and bid," commented Geyer. "The Floating Stone Aqua Spa property has a disclosed minimum bid of $750,000 and the 6-unit Floating Stone Casitas have a minimum bid of $450,000."
Located in Tubac, Ariz., the property is an 11-unit inn and spa, including five ionized therapy pools, kitchen, retail store, lobby, event center, yoga and massage rooms, and a bathhouse.
