Take-up for the scrip dividend alternative

Capital increase
Compagnie Financière Tradition SA reports that following the decision taken at the AGM on 10 May to offer a scrip dividend option, the take-up by shareholders will result in a capital increase of CHF 766,915. This will take place through the creation of 306,766 new Compagnie Financière Tradition shares, with a nominal value of CHF 2.50 each. The shares will be fully paid up by conversion of the Company's available equity. They will carry dividend rights from the 2012 financial year.
Following this increase, the share capital will be CHF 16,224,090, divided into 6,489,636 shares of CHF 2.50 nominal value.
New shares will begin trading on 25 May.
