Addtech acquires Staubo Elektro Maskin AS


Addtech Energy, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an
agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Staubo Elektro Maskin AS.

Staubo Elektro Maskin is a technology trading company, providing complete
solutions within battery- and power supply, electric motors and signalling
systems. The company represents global leading suppliers within its product
areas and commands a solid position in the Norwegian market in its customer and
product segments.

Staubo will become part of the business unit Energy Storaget that develops and
sells battery solutions and power supply. The company gives the business unit a
strong position on the Norwegian market. Staubo has fifteen employees and
revenue of approximately NOK 65 million.

The closing is estimated to take place in the beginning of July 2012 after
approval is obtained from the appropriate authorities. The acquisition is
estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech's earnings per share
during the current financial year.
