PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - Jun 19, 2012) - The Desert West Region office of Lincoln Property Company, a full-service real estate firm providing property management, receivership services, leasing, development and construction management, has announced 164,000 square feet in new and renewal leases at Broadway 101 Commerce Park.
Lincoln Property Company signed a new lease with PODS, an international moving and storage services company, for 67,949 square feet, and with Mitel Networks, a global provider of business communications and collaboration software and services, for 38,157 square feet. These new Broadway 101 tenants will be occupying the only remaining shell distribution building in the project located at 2160 W. Broadway Road in Mesa. Lincoln also renewed Accu-Tech and Superior Pool Products for a total of 57,880 square feet.

Located at the Northwest corner of Broadway and Dobson Roads in Mesa, just Southeast of the Loop 101 / 202 freeway interchange, the 52-acre master planned Broadway 101 Commerce Park features 808,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse/distribution and office space in 11 buildings. Lincoln Property Company manages the property.
Other existing tenants include Boeing/Aviall, Inc., World Wide Technology, Inc., Ulthera, Inc., Dragonfire Racing, PCT International, electronics company Siemens, and NAPA Auto Parts.

Developed by Lincoln Property Co. in partnership with RREEF Real Estate, the project site was home to a Motorola semiconductor plant for more than 30 years before it closed in 2001. LPC demolished the 1.3 million square foot plant and has worked to reclaim reusable materials at the site.
