With reference to Announcement No. 10/2012 we are pleased to announce that the capital increase of 1,805,056 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 1 each was registered with the Danish Business Authority today.
Following registration of the 1,805,056 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 1 each, the nominal value of the share capital of Exiqon A/S amounts to DKK 36,874,082 divided into 36,874,082 shares with a nominal value of DKK 1 each.
Each share of nominally DKK 1 carries one vote at general meetings in the Company.
The new shares is expected to be sought admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S on 27 June 2012 under the same ISIN code as the Company’s existing shares with expected first day of trading on 29 June 2012.
