VALLOUREC and CREDIT AGRICOLE CHEUVREUX have terminated their liquidity contract (established January 15th, 2007), effective June 29th 2012.
At this date, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account:
- 490,500 shares ;

As per the half-year balance sheet, at 31 December 2011, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account:
