LANCASTER, N.Y., July 3, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Ecology and Environment, Inc., (E & E) (Nasdaq:EEI) has declared a six-month dividend of 24 cents per share. This represents the 51st consecutive dividend since the Company became public in 1987 that has equaled or exceeded the previous dividend. The dividend is payable on or before August 10th to shareholders of both Class A and Class B common stock on record as of July 20th. As of yesterday's closing price of $11.50 the stock is paying a dividend yield of 4.2%.
