MacAulay-Brown, Inc. Adds Three New Members to Its Board of Directors


DAYTON, Ohio, July 11, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading engineering and technical services company supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community with over 2,000 employees worldwide, announced today that Sidney E. Fuchs, President and CEO of MacB; Bruce Lesser, CEO of Martin Enterprises, LLC and of Counsel to Blank Rome, LLP; and Kevin Soder, CFO of Martin Enterprises, LLC have been elected to the Company's Board of Directors.

Fuchs joined MacB in August 2011 as President and CEO. Prior to MacB, he was the President and CEO of TASC, Inc., and OAO Technology Solutions. He is a former Central Intelligence Agency officer, serving in variety of management and operations roles during his Agency career.

Lesser joined Martin Enterprises in 2006 as CEO. Prior to Martin Enterprises, Lesser was a senior partner and Chairperson of the Financial Services Group of WolfBlock.

Prior to joining Martin Enterprises in 2006, Soder was Chief Financial Officer of The Sytex Group, the former owner of MacB.
