In accordance with the regulations with respect to the acquisition of own shares Kinepolis Group NV informs that within the framework of the share buy-back program as announced per 31st of May 2012, the following transactions took place in the period from 5th July 2012 till 11th July 2012 included, on the stock exchange market NYSE Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 20th May 2011:
