MISSION VIEJO, Calif., July 18, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mitochon Solutions Inc. is retracting the previous press release titled Mitochon Systems EHR was selected as a Cooperative Preferred Vendor (CPV) for CalOptima Regional Extension Center. This release was distributed due to a miscommunication.
While the press release stated was selected as a Cooperative Preferred Vendor (CPV) for CalOptima it should have stated EHR Vendor Partner of CalHIPSO; the Regional Extension Center (REC) serving all of California with the exception of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Additionally CIO Bre Jackson's comment should have stated "As we looked to expand the number of EHR Vendor Partners working with CalHIPSO, we focused on less expensive systems with a strong market presence in California and demonstrated alignment to the needs of the small and solo practice."
