LENEXA, KS--(Marketwire - Aug 7, 2012) - Catapult International, a logistics software and rate management company, has been awarded a long-term contract with ECU International to provide its cloud-based technology system for the global ocean consolidation services company.
ECU-Line, headquartered in Antwerp Belgium, will utilize Catapult's rate and quotation management system where employees and customers are able to manage their global shipping rates from one web-based system.

The Catapult QMS platform will serve as a centralized "rate/transit time hub" for their offices allowing access across all locations. ECU-Line users will be able to search rates, email quotes, run RFQs, and produce business intelligence reports. Immediate results will be faster quotation turnaround times to customers, reduced emails and phone calls, as well as better visibility in managing key performance indicators.
