The Festival, with four signature events and over 60 internationally acclaimed master chefs, will highlight Hawaiian Kampachi™ in five delectable dishes created by top chefs from around the country and the world.
The Hawaiian Kampachi™ will be used in dishes in all four of the signature events as well as a daily event. Chef Alan Wong will be preparing the fish to "wow" the food lovers who have paid $1000 for a lavish seven-course meal as part of the Second Annual Halekulani Master Chefs Gala Series: Chefs Who Have Cooked for Presidents and Royalty. He will prepare a dish featuring Hawaiian Kampachi™, ahi and chiso vinegar.
