MISSION WOODS, Kan., Aug. 23, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Layne Christensen Company (Nasdaq:LAYN) ("Layne" or the "Company") announced today that Chief Executive Officer Rene Robichaud will commemorate Layne's 130th anniversary by ringing the Opening Bell at The NASDAQ Stock Market on Thursday, August 30, 2012. Mr. Robichaud will be joined by members of Layne's executive team and Board of Directors.
