Danventures A/S – delisting from First North

Danventures A/S will be delisted from First North as per 31 August 2012.

The delisting of Danvetures is due to the fact that the company does not meet the listing requirements in order to be listed on First North as companies listed on First North shall pay a fee to First North in order to be admitted to trading and have an agreement with a Certified Adviser.

The trading of the shares in Danventures will still be suspended up to and including today, 30 August 2012. Thus, 30 August 2012 will be the last day of trading of the company’s shares on NASDAQ OMX.
