Tele2 AB : Change in the number of votes in Tele2 AB


Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today
announced that as of 31 August 2012 the number of shares in Tele2 AB amounts to
448,783,339 shares of which are 20,987,981 Class A shares, with ten votes each,
and 423,746,358 Class B shares and 4,049,000 Class C shares with one vote each.
The total number of votes in the company amounts to 637,675,168.

In August the number of shares in the company was unchanged compared to previous
month. However, the number of votes in the company has decreased with 7,875 as a
consequence of the reclassification of 875 Class A shares into Class B shares.
