Resignation Application from a Director


Selena Oil & Gas Holding AB (hereinafter SOGH) hereby informs that a member of
the Board of Directors of SOGH Mr. Viacheslav Pershukov has presented an
application for his resignation from the position of the Director in SOGH,
effective as of immediately.


Mr. Viacheslav Pershukov, who currently holds a management position in Russian
state owned company Rosatom, reasoned his resignation application subsequently:
“Necessity for resignation from the position of a director in SOGH is due to
changes in the legislation in Russian Federation whereby a person holding a
position in a state company’s management cannot simultaneously hold a position
in a private or public company. I will, however, continue to support the
management of SOGH in the execution of the company’s strategy in future.”

The Russian Parliament passed the new act the 21 of August 2012.

SOGH is grateful for the contribution that Mr. Viacheslav Pershukov as a
Director of SOGH has made to the development of SOGH. He will continue to be an
advisor to the company.
