To enter, consumers can tweet their reasons for getting the new iPhone to Gazelle's Twitter handle (@gazelle_com).
Who: Anyone over the age of 18 who lives in the continental United States is eligible to participate.
What: Gazelle's "What's Your Reason?" Twitter contest.
When: The contest officially begins on September 18, 2012. Submissions will be accepted through Friday, October 5, 2012.
Where: Consumers can tweet their reasons for upgrading to the new iPhone. The tweet must be directed to @gazelle_com and include the hashtag #gazelleit. Consumers can submit up to 10 tweets per day with their reasons for getting the new device.
Why: The number of tweets received throughout the promotion period will determine the level of prizes awarded. There are four tiers, each with increasing value of rewards, from limited edition t-shirts, to a new iPhone, to $5,000 cash. Winners will be announced on or around October 6, 2012.

In conjunction with the Twitter contest, Gazelle will be hosting live events at Grand Central Station in New York City from September 20-21 and at Faneuil Hall in Boston from September 21-23. Consumers can also enter Gazelle's "Money Booth" to win a variety of prizes, ranging from a t-shirt to a new iPhone to $5,000 cash.
