NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Sep 18, 2012) - Jay M. Kaplowitz, a founder of Gersten Savage LLP in 1977, and Arthur S. Marcus, a partner at Gersten Savage LLP since 1991, are joining the corporate and securities practice of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP ("SRFF") as partners. These additions bring two of the most respected attorneys that represent small and mid-sized corporate and individual clients to SRFF's active and dynamic securities practice in New York and add even more depth and experience to one of the most productive corporate finance practice groups in the United States.
