Notification according to chapter 2, section 10 of the Securities Markets Act



CapMan Plc has today received notifications of change in holdings and voting
rights in accordance with chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Markets Act as
follows:



  * Oy Inventiainvest Ab's share of the total number of shares and voting rights
    in CapMan Plc has exceeded 5% and 15%, respectively. Oy Inventiainvest Ab is
    under the direct control of Ari Tolppanen.
  * Ari Tolppanen's and Oy Aristo-Invest Ab's combined share of the total number
    of shares in CapMan Plc and their combined share of voting rights in CapMan
    Plc has fallen below 5%.



Ari Tolppanen's combined direct and indirect ownership of and voting rights in
CapMan Plc remain unchanged following the transaction.
