Infogroup Sells OneSource to Cannondale Investments

OneSource Business Sold to Cannondale Investments in Partnership With GTCR


OMAHA, Neb., Oct. 2, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Infogroup, the leading provider of high-value data and multichannel marketing solutions, today announced the sale of its OneSource business to Cannondale Investments, a Connecticut based platform company focused on acquiring data-enabled information services in partnership with GTCR, a Chicago based private equity firm. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The sale of OneSource to Cannondale Investments was effective October 1, 2012. New York based Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP served as legal advisors for the transaction. The Jordan, Edmiston Group, Inc. of New York, NY, a leading independent investment bank for technology, media and marketing, represented Infogroup as its exclusive financial advisor.
