In 2013, EagleRider, the world's largest motorcycle rental and tour company, is making it a reality to re-trace the exact route of the movie with the launch of the Easy Rider Movie Tour.
The company has teamed up with Sony Pictures and Easy Rider movie experts to offer a two week motorcycle tour that follows the exact path laid down by "Billy" and "Wyatt" during the production of the movie. The tour will offer participants the chance to visit locations where the movie was filmed and ride from the highways of Southern California, to Death Valley, and down to New Orleans to experience the jazz and blues music that the city has to offer. Furthermore, riders will get to see behind the scenes movie props. The tour will be offered six times throughout 2013, starting in May and ending in October.
