Tytan Issued Important Wood Chipper Patent

KALAMA, WA--(Marketwire - Oct 11, 2012) - Tytan Holdings, Inc. ("the Company") (PINKSHEETS: TYTN), is pleased to announce that its U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 12/324,440 has been approved. It is a patent for "wood chippers with improved feed roller and adjustable legs." Specifically, it improves upon wood chippers that are driven by farm style tractors, using a power take off (PTO). Now protected are the adjustable legs that Tytan developed in order to be able to raise and lower the chipper so that the PTO shaft is kept level with different sized tractors. Included in the patent is an improvement to the feed system roller that allows it to operate smoother and without binding. 

This is the Company's 2^nd successful patent application; the other is for its 4N1 bucket design. The Company views these patents as valuable assets, not only for their own marketability, but for the market protection they provide these unique designs. Consumers wanting to take advantage of these features will need to contact a Tytan sales outlet or dealer. The Company has several more patent applications in process.

Also, Tytan has taken delivery of the first shipment of the new mid-sized, heavy duty line of tractors. These full-featured machines will challenge the "big name" tractors head on with high quality finish, as well as having all of the modern features such as shuttle transmissions, super strong front axles, flat decks (no hump), and modern cabs with state-of-the-art curved glass. The Company believes that, feature for feature, dollar for dollar, the new line beats anything on the market today.
