A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S – Financial Calendar 2013
Please be informed that A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S plans to publish its Annual Report for year 2012 on Friday 22 February 2013 and to hold the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 11 April 2013 at 11.00 am in Svendborg. Any issues for the agenda of the Annual General Meeting must be submitted to the Board of Directors no later than Wednesday 27 February 2013.
The Company’s Interim Report is planned to be published on Friday 16 August 2013.
Furthermore, the Company plans to publish Quarterly Reports on Friday 17 May 2013 and on Wednesday 13 November 2013.
